Ugwechi Amadi, Ph.D.

Ugwechi Amadi joined NIKE, Inc in 2020 as a senior director in their strategy function. She teams with leaders across the company to identify opportunities to disrupt inertia and deliver epic value. Prior to NIKE, Ugwechi was a Principal at The Boston Consulting Group, where she partnered with global retail clients on their brand strategy, specializing in personalized marketing, digital analytics, and consumer insight. She holds a DPhil in Clinical Neurology from Oxford University, where she studied as a Rhodes Scholar. She also holds bachelors degrees in Brain and Cognitive Sciences and Literature from MIT, where she played varsity Women’s Lacrosse.
