Nick “TNT” Turk is a Howard University graduate and former captain of the Howard Men’s Soccer team, where he was first introduced to Grassroots Health as a student-athlete volunteer. Before joining the Board of Directors, he served as a Training Fellow in our 2019 class.
As a K–12 Account Manager at McGraw Hill, Nick supports schools as they evaluate and implement their core curriculum programs.
Before joining McGraw Hill, Nick was a founding member of the sales team at AboveBoard, where he worked to increase access to executive opportunities for underrepresented leaders. His experience in executive talent acquisition, and with Grassroots Health, continues to shape his mission of expanding career access for students and ensuring all young people are equipped with the knowledge to connect their education to future opportunities.
