Amina Robinson is a volleyball player at George Washington University. She is a public health major on the pre-physician assistant track. After graduating from GW, Amina plans to get her master’s degree in public health and then go to PA school, in hopes of becoming a more well-rounded healthcare advocate and provider. Amina began her Grassroots Health journey in the spring of 2023, where she attended her first training. She became a founding member of the Grassroots Social Committee in the fall of 2024 and a Site Coordinator in the spring of 2026. Amina is deeply committed to serving DC’s youth with important (and very prevalent) public health topics, and thoroughly enjoys spending time with the middle schoolers. She feels extremely lucky to be a part of such a special part of the adolescent developmental process!
Amina or “Mina Bina” is a TOTAL goofball and loves to spend time laughing and making memories with her family and friends. Outside of grassroots, she really enjoys line dancing, listening to 90s R&B and throwbacks, reading good books, cooking, eating great food, taking naps, watching Netflix, and having a good laugh. She believes no moment is too small or too simple to be a memory and is dedicated to making the little things in life extraordinary!
